What the page does

  • Opens on your own before-and-afters, not a suburb photo
  • No pop-up, so nothing pulls people away
  • Short tap-through form, and tap-to-call on phones

2 Where you're at right now

The tracking is there. The proof isn't.

Three things we found on your site and Google listing. Each one is quick to check on your own phone.

No finished garden on your homepage.

The homepage photos are your logo, an aerial shot of a suburb and a park. There isn't one garden you've built.

You already have a Meta pixel installed, so you're set up for ads. Any ad click would land on a page with no proof.

A pop-up sends people to a different business.

A few seconds after the page opens, a pop-up covers it with "Visit Green Oasis Lawn and Reticulation" and a Visit Now button to lawnandreticulation.com.au.

Someone who came for a landscaper gets pushed to a lawn care site before they've read a word.

Three Google profiles share your number.

Searching Google Maps shows two "Green Oasis Landscaping" profiles, rated 1.0 (1 review) and 3.0 (4 reviews), plus "Green Oasis Lawn and Reticulation" at 4.3 (87 reviews). All three use 0477 199 426.

Someone checking you out on Google may land on the 1.0 profile first.

Other searches, and what we'd leave out
  • Reticulation searches: about 480 a month for "reticulation perth". You have a page for these.
  • We'd leave out "landscaping supplies perth" (about 260 a month). Those people are buying materials, not hiring.
  • We'd also leave out "landscaping ideas" (about 140 a month). Those people are still browsing.

The numbers behind the forecast

At $50 a day (about $1,500 a month), Google expects about 303 clicks in 30 days. That's about $4.96 a click. Doubling the budget adds only 34 clicks, because the ad only shows when someone in Perth searches.

Keyword Planner forecast, Perth WA, phrase match (your ad shows for searches containing these words), 30 days from 31 Oct 2026. It doesn't include negative keywords (words that stop your ad showing, like "supplies" or "jobs"), which we'd add. Forecasts move week to week.

What it takes to pay for itself

Google costs about $2,800 a month: $1,500 in ads and $1,300 to manage them.

Take what an average job is worth to you and divide. That's how many jobs a month it takes to cover it.

What we'd ask you first

  1. What's an average job worth?
  2. Out of 10 quotes, how many go ahead?
  3. How many more jobs could the team take on a month?
Proof, a different trade

A Perth concreter we work with ran before-and-after videos of his own jobs on Facebook and Instagram: 29 real enquiries in their first week at $4.72 each.

A few things to tidy up on your current site
  • The homepage says "Over a Decade", "over 15 years" and "Over 20 years". Pick one.
  • You have two Tag Manager containers and two Google Analytics tags. Check an enquiry isn't being counted twice.
  • There's still an old Universal Analytics tag (UA-180633541-1). Google switched those off in July 2023.
  • Ask Google to merge or remove the 1.0 and 3.0 profiles that use your number.
